OuR CHARITY 

Specialising in these sectors has enabled us to establish a small, dedicated inner-circle charity initiative.

Our charity provides the following support:

  • Five fully funded charity cleans per local council, at no cost to the client.
    This initiative is currently active across the following boroughs:
    Kingston, Richmond, Hounslow, Hillingdon, and Ealing.

  • Free used furniture and white goods that we recover during our cleaning and clearance works. This is a growing service, and demand for items is consistently very high. 

Eligibility criteria:
This service is strictly available to individuals supported under:

  • Learning disabilities

  • Mental health services

  • Substance misuse services

If you are aware of anyone who meets the above criteria and may benefit from this service, please advise their housing officer or  healthcare professional to tell their social worker to make a referral on their behalf.

Our 2026 Furniture & White Goods

Sustainability Plan

 

To solve ongoing stock shortages while reducing waste, we are launching our 2026 Furniture & White Goods Sustainability Plan — a circular solution built in partnership with housing associations, landlords, letting agents, and property management companies.

 

The problem

Across the property sector, we consistently see:

  • High house-clearance and void-clearance costs

  • Valuable furniture and white goods being sent to landfill

  • Unnecessary waste when items are still in good, usable condition

 

Our solution

If a property clearance includes usable furniture or white goods, we will:

✔ Collect these items free of charge from landlords during house clearances
✔ Re-distribute them to vulnerable individuals supported by social services
✔ Only charge a small, reduced fee for disposing of any remaining unusable waste

This dramatically lowers waste-disposal costs while ensuring essential items are reused instead of discarded.

Our 2026 goal

Our aim is to build a strong network of partner landlords and agents to ensure:

  • Continuous movement of items in and out of our service

We are currently registering partners onto a waiting list in preparation for our move into a 3,000 sq ft warehouse.
This ensures we are fully operational from day one when the new facility opens.
