Trading Terms

Quotations & Pricing: All quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Bookings: A job is only confirmed once written approval or booking confirmation is received.
Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payments: Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a charge.
Insurance: We hold full public liability insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.
