At Medilus Cleaning Services, we specialise in compassionate, high-quality cleaning and waste services.

 We provide respectful, reliable, and thorough cleaning that helps maintain safe, healthy, and comfortable homes.

From Hoarders to Biohazards we do it all. Deep cleaning, decluttering, carpet steam cleaning, house clearances, rubbish removal  we use eco-friendly products and professional equipment – all tailored to meet individual needs.

We focus on social services, social housing (mental health, substance misuse, learning disabilities) and the elderly and vulnerable space as we believe we are the most experienced in this space.  Find out more.......

Specialising in these sectors has enabled us to establish a small, dedicated inner-circle charity initiative.

​

Our charity provides the following support:

• Five fully funded charity cleans per local council, at no cost to the client.
  This initiative is currently active across the following boroughs:
  Kingston, Richmond, Hounslow, Hillingdon, and Ealing.

Eligibility criteria:
This service is strictly available to individuals supported under:

• Learning disabilities

• Mental health services

• Substance misuse services

​

If you are aware of anyone who meets the above criteria and may benefit from this service, please advise their social worker to make a referral on their behalf.

In addition, we redistribute re-donated furniture and white goods that we recover during our cleaning and clearance works. This is a growing service, and demand for items is consistently very high.

This support is also subject to the same eligibility criteria outlined above.
